High resolution Combaticons box art
I've been putting these off for some time, but I finally got around to finishing them today and have posted them to Botch the Crab. I been owing him these edits for the better part of a year (a little less I think).
Here's a preview of the high resolution box art for Brawl, Blast Off, Onslaught, Swindle, Vortex and Bruticus!

Monsterbot Repugnus MIB
For me, this was the most difficult Monsterbot to obtain, at the right price. eBay prices for this guy was simply too rich for my blood. Finally managed to acquire this from a fellow OZ Former member. I'm a happy camper!
'Repug' (as he was called in Maximum Dinobots), is exceedingly minty and comes with his accessory and paperworks MISP.
Toy = C9.5
Box = C8.5

Monsterbot Grotusque MIB
For the longest time, I called this guy "Grotesque" (meaning 'gross' or 'disgusting') and was wondering secretly at the back of my head why he was named thus. Not that there isn't any poetry in a Monsterbot being called "Grotesque" because they are monsters after all and do the Autobots' dirty work.
After playing this great game (Can you name the Regular(*) Generation One Transformer?) and getting his name wrong, I soon discovered that "Grotesque" is actually "Grotusque". Horray, world of difference.

Monsterbot Doublecross MIB
I must have been doublecrossed by Doublecross.
The box did not come in great shape and the guy is missing his gun. Well, not to say that he would be a great shot though, seeing as he has dragon mouths for hands. Still, for US$35, I should be quite delighted.

Box = C6

1988 Headmaster Nightbeat MISB
Easily one of the most 'classic' Transformers characters, made popular by Simon Furman toward the end of Marvel's Transformers comics run along with other notably characters like Bludgeon and Thunderwing.
Nightbeat also features very prominently in the 'comtemporary' IDW-verse and even had an issue all to himself (Spotlight: Nighbeat).
I really wanted this to be MIB in US box, but when offered an MISB Dutch box version by OZ Former member Sky Shadow, I still jumped at the chance. Being such a key character, I think Nightbeat also deserves the honour of being an anomaly in my collection. By that I mean that he is one of the very few foreign boxed TFs that I have in my collection.
So here he is, Autobot detective Nightbeat!
