For this set, in the photos, they are actually the Encore reissue Constructions cos they look mintier for the photos. I cannot verify since I no longer own MiB versions, only MISB versions now. If memory serves, they have a #3 for the gift set, and iirc I saw one through the packaging of a singled box version.
